Catalog description

Elective course designed to support mathematical competency for students in clinical nursing practice and employ a variety of methods and hands-on strategies to facilitate learning. Rather than relying on rote methods, this course provides students with a conceptual basis for clinical computations by developing flexible problem-solving ability, increasing facility with mathematics, and improving self-confidence and self-efficacy.
