NURS 321 - Nursing Assessment of Clients Description: Introduction of health assessments of clients for professional nursing. Application of the nursing process as it applies to safety, nutrition, elimination, sleep, and comfort needs of clients. Students are given the opportunity to apply theory from the classroom to practice in the Innovative Simulation and Practice Center and selected clinical settings. Course builds on knowledge introduced concurrently in other nursing courses. Pre-requisites: Courses required for admission to upper-division major in nursing. The insurance and Clinical Learning Support fees are charged only once a semester, even if you are enrolled in multiple classes that carry the same fee**
