Catalog description

In today’s fast-paced and demanding world, stress has become an inevitable part of life. While stress can be harmful, it can also be a catalyst for enhancing focus and productivity. Through theory and practice, this course works to change mindsets and increase the knowledge and strategies needed to manage stress effectively and open pathways for positive outcomes. This course is cross-listed with HWS 233.
