Designed for non-piano music majors either for their required piano efficiency course or to improve their ability to play piano more efficiently. Learning to play scales and primary chords in all keys with efficient fingerings, how to sight-read simple pieces, and to play ensemble with other students in the electronic keyboard class room, are some aspects of this course. Prerequisites: Ability to read music notations in either G clef or F clef, knowledge of rhythms. Graduate and undergraduate students will both be accepted. Every fall. 1 cr.
