Catalog description

A foundation for energy transport is developed in terms of the physical modes of heat transfer and the formulation of computational models. Conduction, single-phase forced and natural convection, phase-change convection, and modern energy applications are addressed. Prerequisite: BSME or equivalent or consent of instructor. Term varies.
