Catalog description

Conduct experiments in the core areas of mechanical engineering. There will be lectures and online modules to provide background and theory to accompany the experiments that cover complex mechanical systems. Topics will include controls, heat transfer, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics and dynamical systems. The course will also involve report writing and team building. Prerequisite: ME 391. Prerequisites that can be taken concurrently: ME 421, ME 424 and ME 441. Offered in the Fall and Spring semesters.
