Catalog description

The student will assist with the preparation of CEMERS publications, particularly with Mediaevalia (an international journal of Medieval Studies). This internship will give the student an understanding of the operations of an academic journal. The student’s duties will involve editorial assistance-mostly proofreading and checking articles for bibliographical style. The student is also expected to attend and to assist at all CEMERS-sponsored events, such as conferences and talks (when their course schedule permits), and to help publicize CEMERS programming by putting up posters around campus and advertising these events on social media platforms.
