MATH 448 - INTRO TO PROBABILITY AND STAT II Description: Continues development begun in MATH 447. Methods of probability applied to estimation and hypothesis testing, both parametric and non-parametric. Emphasizes problems. For majors and non-majors. Format: Grade based on weekly quizzes and/or homework, several hour examinations and final. Prerequisites: Grade of C or better in MATH 447 and a grade of C or better in either MATH 314 or Math 330, or consent of instructor.
