Innovation and Creativity

Catalog description

This class will learn what organizations do to stimulate creativity in employees and throughout the organization, manage the innovation process, foster external ties for partnerships for innovation, and bring products to market. Students will interact with Chief Innovation Officers and team members of these organizations. Students will also be encountering and practicing creativity skills and tools themselves in the classroom turned Innovation Lab. Prerequisite: MGMT
