Catalog description

This course will explore the history and cultural traditions of Italian cuisine through various readings and films. Students will research and share findings via compositions and class discussions. There will be a focus on the acquisition of new vocabulary and idiomatic expressions, the development of conversation and writing skills, and a review of some grammatical structures. Course is conducted in Italian. Offered regularly.
