Through the discipline of initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing a project, you will grasp a thorough understanding of how to make your engineering projects successful. Microsoft Project software will be used to demonstrate activities, duration, task relationships, Gantt Charts, network diagrams and the critical path method with a case study of contemporary engineering project. Prerequisites: ISE 261 or permission of instructor. Term offered varies.
