Independent study by assisting in the teaching of GEOL courses, particularly one of the GEOL courses numbered in the 100s. Assignments include leading discussion sections, maintaining office hours, reading papers. Closely directed by instructor. Generally open only to seniors. Pass/Fail option only. Prerequisite: consent of instructor. Variable credits.
