The course introduces students to spatial analytical frameworks for understanding mobility, equity, and the built environment, while critically considering how modeling choices and algorithms influence urban outcomes. Through layered engagement for mixed graduate and undergraduate students, the course integrates foundational spatial concepts with emerging approaches in geospatial artificial intelligence and policy-relevant analysis. A semester-long project will guide students in translating data-driven insights into meaningful urban and planning implications. Prerequisites include one of the following: GEOG 260 or GEOG 345 or GEOG 360
