Discussions of current issues in societies and cultures of the French-speaking world, with reinforcement of selected grammatical structures. Course designed to strengthen skills in speaking, listening comprehension, reading, and writing in preparation for upper-level coursework and study abroad. Offered regularly. 4 credits. Prerequisite: French 215 or equivalent, or AP score of 4 or IB score of 5, or permission of instructor.
