This course examines venture financing from seed to exit: screening, valuation (VC Method, DCF, comps), term sheets & instruments, cap tables, governance, fund economics, and performance. Prerequisite of MGMT 505, FIN 311, or equivalent financial management class. Offered in the spring semesters. 4 credits.
