Catalog description

This course prepares peer mentors to support international students adjusting to U.S. academic and cultural life. In fall, mentors help first-year students transition and build community; in spring, they support academic recovery. Through training, reflection, and hands-on mentoring, students build practical skills in leadership, peer coaching, and intercultural communication they can apply in future academic and professional settings.
