This course examines the role of human judgment, ethics, and leadership in the age of artificial intelligence in education. As AI increasingly shapes teaching, learning, and decision making across educational systems, educators must navigate complex ethical questions involving accountability, transparency, bias, governance, and power. The course explores how AI influences instructional practice, institutional decision making, and education policy. Through discussion, case studies, and critical analysis, participants will examine the professional capacities required in AI-driven educational environments, including judgment, adaptability, systems thinking, and ethical decision making.
