Catalog

CW 350B Intermediate Fiction Workshop - PRE-REQ CW 250 Intermediate Fiction Workshop is designed to give students an intensive study and practice in the art of short fiction. The focus is on reading literature for craft, and on student work--sharing and discussing in a workshop format. We will learn the elements of story structure by reading and modeling professional writers, and will explore the fundamentals of craft through stimulating weekly in-class and at-home exercises. In addition, each student will write two longer stories.
