CHEM 341 INORGANIC CHEMISTRY COURSE DESCRIPTION: Relations among structure, energy, and reactivity of molecules with specific emphasis on inorganic systems; transition and main group metal chemistry; coordination chemistry; and symmetry. Other topics include solid state chemistry, bioinorganic chemistry, and acid/base theory. FORMAT: Midterm examinations and a final. BOOKS: To be announced.
