Introduction to organic chemistry through a systematic treatment of the structure, reactivity and stereochemistry of the basic types of hydrocarbons (alkane, alkene, alkyne, arene), alkyl hadies, and alcohols, as well as interconversion among these most important classes of organic compounds.
