This is an advanced course for biomedical engineering graduate students. It covers topics such as experimental design and hypothesis testing, ANOVA, linear and multiple regression, generalized linear modeling, principal component analysis, clustering, sampling methods, and bioinformatics. Prerequisites: Graduate standing in BME or instructor approval.
