Catalog description

Advanced topics in evolution and behavior. Material will include evolutionary and behavioral theory and relevant empirical studies conveyed through lectures, student presentations, problem sets and outside readings. Advanced texts will serve as a course anchor but much of the reading will be from the scientific literature. Students will be required to write short papers. Prerequisites: Undergraduate course in ecology, evolution or behavior.
