BIOL 391Teaching Introductory Biology

For students that have completed Biol 491 for Biol 117 or 118. Students will conduct dry-lab/simulation exercises for activity sections, assist graduate Teaching Assistants in conducting lab exercises, and act as mentor to students enrolled in Biol 491. Requires attendance in regular meetings. Prerequisites: Biol 491 or permission of instructor. 2 credits. P/F only. Students will be required to attend a weekly two-hour TA meeting in addition to being available for assigned discussion sections.
