Catalog description

This open studio course allows advanced students to continue developing strengths pertaining to their own interests and choice of materials. The result is a self-designed, cohesive body of work. Relevant readings are discussed, and the artist statement is refined. Prerequisites: completion of three required departmental beginning courses, and ARTS 240 and ARTS 340; consent of instructor. Course may be repeated for credit once with permission of the instructor. This class is offered regularly.
