Catalog description

ARTS 305 Graphic Design 2 is a continuation of the principles of Visual Communication Design covered in ARTS 210 and more fully explores relevant technical workflows, file formats, and color specifications as fundamental components of graphic communication and production. Through a series of design problems students will become more self-sufficient in scripting multi-page layouts and define workflows and documentation. Proficiency in all aspects of the design process will be expanded in the class including conceptualizing, critical thinking, collaboration, and presentation skills. Prerequisite: ARTS 210. Offered Spring and Fall semesters.
