Group Dynamics is designed to provide the opportunity to study the principles underlying the process of group action and interaction in social situations and in professional leadership and supervisory group situations. MOD 2150 Business Communications (3 hours) Introduction to various types of professional communication, both written and oral. The concept of Six-Sigma will be defined and distinguished from other quality improvement programs.
