Examination of critical topics related to leadership principles and organizational systems; including improving clinical practice management, patient safety, interprofessional collaboration, and health outcomes. Designed to facilitate the development of the skills needed to coordinate care and lead practice change and reduce healthcare disparities. Intensive/Lab Fee: $100 Special Notes: This course includes 50 practicum hours.
