Catalog description

A supervised applied learning experience in structured, off-campus settings, such as corporations, governmental offices, nonprofit organizations, television and radio stations, and corporate media departments. Includes a seminar in which students process internship experiences, discuss work-life topics, and prepare for initial job searches. Requires minimum of 135 hours in internship setting. Prerequisites: Junior standing or Consent of department. Offered: Fall, Spring, Summer. Special Notes: This course may be repeated for credit.
