Analyzes the historical interplay of social welfare, policies, social problems, and service delivery from economic, political, and program perspectives. Applies social systems concepts to policy analysis. Develops, evaluates, and advocates for policies and services that advance social, racial, economic, and environmental justice. Prerequisites: SOWK 210 and SOWK 180 (may be taken concurrently).
