Catalog description

Analysis of conflict from psychological, spiritual, and organizational perspectives. Development of personal and organizational conflict management approaches that reduce fear-based responses to conflict, distinguish between healthy and unhealthy conflict, and value healthy conflict as a necessary lab for learning and a gateway to deeper shared interests. Prerequisites: LEAD 607 or LEAD 611 , LEAD 651 .
