Catalog description

Study of the ethical and legal dilemmas created by recent advances in biotechnology. Focus on the question of what direction the law should take, specifically patent, family, and criminal law. Explores the struggle between the Christian worldview, rapid changes in science, and society’s resolution of the questions these changes produce. Prerequisites: Laboratory Science (D) course and Mathematics (M) course. Offered: Occasionally.
