Catalog description

Theory and practice of effective project management, including project planning, risk analysis, execution/implementation, and control. Explores project management styles, critical success factors, organizational support systems, project authority and politics, and ethics in project execution. Project management software to develop and track project plans for case studies and project simulations utilized. Prerequisites: BUS 230 , COM 248 , or COS 277 . Offered: Spring.
