Catalog description
This course in mindfulness and compassion will help students foster self-discovery, emotional regulation, compassion, and empathy in their lives. This course provides a foundation for exploring mindfulness and compassion as tools for personal growth and societal well-being through a blend of experiential learning, contemplative practices, and reflective dialogue. Students will practice self-reflection while building skills to cultivate compassionate connections with others and the world around them.
