Catalog description

This course provides an introduction to mental health. Through a blend of theoretical insights, practical knowledge, and self-reflective exercises, students will develop a foundational understanding of mental health, gain familiarity with the DSM-5, and acquire essential tools to nurture their own mental well-being. This course will lay the foundation for fostering a culture of understanding, destigmatization, and support around mental health.
