Catalog description

The class evaluates norms and misconceptions and seeks to understand the role of emotional, mental/intellectual, spiritual, and sexual intimacy within relationships. Additionally, this course examines how the social construction of love and intimacy impacts our conceptions and interactions. To do so we navigate relationship types, relationship complexities, cultural-normative expectations, and unconventional relationships and intimacies.
