Catalog description
Students will analyze pre-existing datasets to ask questions about the world around us. In this course, students will learn how to use R for data wrangling, analysis, and visualization. Additionally, students will learn more advanced statistical techniques such as linear regression, chi-square tests, and power analysis. Students will have several opportunities to conduct analyses on topics/datasets of their choosing. This course counts as a Group 2 Lab.
