Catalog description

Signs and symptoms of alternations in these processes, implications for nursing assessment and interventions will be addressed. Additional focus will incorporate integration of pharmacological intervention typically used to manage these health alterations including their mechanisms of action, contraindications, adverse and toxic effects, and the essential nursing actions related to surveillance and/or medication administration.
