Neuroscience of Movement

Catalog description

This includes a survey of muscular sensory systems, the neuromuscular junction, major brain systems that plan, coordinate, and scale movements, and applications to language, dance, and athletics. In addition, students will study movement-related diseases and novel brain-machine interface technology to aid in movement through case studies.
