Students will examine the challenges faced by organizations in international markets and develop essential cultural intelligence skills through active learning. A crucial component of the course is the ability to navigate time zone differences, cultural nuances, and language barriers while collaborating on 10 rounds of the CESIM global simulation. This hands-on experience involves making strategic business decisions within multicultural teams of four peers from four different continents, guided by a faculty advisor from an international institution, fostering a deep understanding of global business dynamics and cross-cultural collaboration.
