Catalog description

Students will examine market entry modes, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, global alliances, and the influence of institutional and cultural environments. Through case analysis and applied projects, students will learn how to assess risks and opportunities in foreign markets and design effective international strategies. Emphasizing both theory and practice, the course prepares students to lead and contribute strategically in global organizations, aligning with the interdisciplinary and applied nature of international business studies. Students will incur a simulation fee for using Global Strategy Simulation (Interpretive). Interpretive Simulations lists academic pricing ranging from $29.95 to $49.95 per user.
