Students explore how to effectively lead, communicate, and collaborate across cultural boundaries in multicultural organizational settings. Through case studies, interactive activities, and self-assessment tools, students develop practical skills for adapting to cultural differences, managing multicultural teams, and fostering productive work environments. Emphasis is placed on real-world application of Cultural Intelligence principles in international business contexts.
