Small Business Consulting

Catalog description

Students are trained in business consulting, then given the opportunity to examine and consult small firms in groups. The course offers hands-on experience delivering consulting services to existing businesses, including researching operations, collecting data from clients and customers, analyzing and synthesizing findings, and producing a deliverable of recommendations for clients.
