Foundations of Research in Chemistry II: Advanced

Catalog description

Students will expand their investigation and comprehension of current scientific literature, more deeply exploring primary and secondary sources. Students will build off the techniques and knowledge acquired in CEM 1100 , designing and conducting experiments, analyzing data and communicating their results. Students will also be expected to present their work in a formal setting, as either a poster or oral presentation. Students may sign up for this course more than once. CEM 3100 does not count towards the 3-hour CEM elective requirement for the chemistry minor.
