The course progresses from strategy and governance to security program and solution design, to the implementation and operation of defenses. The emphasis is on the current cybersecurity challenges and decisions organizations face. Students examine how people, processes, and technologies create integrated solutions that safeguard information assets while enabling organizational goals. Instruction combines foundational concepts and frameworks with analysis of real-world cases and hands-on laboratory exercises to support applied learning. Course formerly listed as BSA 3220. $50.00 course fee.
