Documentary Photo Practices

Catalog description

Students will explore the elements of documentary photography, video, and writing by viewing works, films, and written accounts by historical and contemporary documentarians. In addition to readings, discussions, written assignments and oral presentations, students will explore and develop a documentary project and present the work for constructive group critiques.
