Catalog description

Advanced studies of the figure will include muscular development, focus on hands and feet, and portrait development. A wider variety of media (both wet and dry) will be encouraged in this advanced course. Students will explore more expressive methods of depicting the human body, maintaining an emphasis on the principles and elements of design, and introducing studies of the figure in color. Students will work with both the draped and undraped model. $100.00 course fee.
