Catalog description
This course introduces fundamental project management concepts, processes, and knowledge areas and illustrates the guiding principles that drive the development and management of projects. Focus is placed on identifying strategic direction and meeting stakeholder expectations by developing processes and strategies to achieve business goals and objectives. This course emphasizes ethical decision-making and critical thinking in the project environment. Prerequisite: Enrollment in the Project Management accelerated degree completion program.
