Catalog description

This course prepares students to design, conduct, and report an insider action research project within an organization. Students examine the challenges of conducting insider research, including role duality, ethics, and organizational politics. Students will develop professional effectiveness, strengthen relationship management skills, and enhance business acumen to support evidence based decision-making and promote organizational improvement.
