Students examine sustainability criteria in the 'upstream' supply chain management and procurement process. Students evaluate how corporations can improve environmental performance while addressing ethics, social, and economic concerns (or the 'triple bottom line'). Students explore current sustainability topics in a supply chain management perspective through applied learning.
