This course equips future leaders with the skills to drive change, foster innovation, and achieve organizational goals through strategic, adaptive leadership practices. Students will explore the interactional framework of leadership, focusing on how leadership effectiveness arises from the dynamic relationships between leaders, followers, and situational factors. Through practical exercises and real-world applications, students will assess their leadership strengths, develop agility in decision-making, and master situational adaptability.
